DESCRIPTION

The overall function of this position is to support the project management team in day to day administrative tasks such as organizing and obtaining documents, uploading photos to client portals as well as tracking and maintaining overall project list status document.

Essential Functions

Maintain the project status document by updating status of various items such as contracts, change orders, lien waivers and overall schedule.
Assist project management team in providing updates to the client by uploading progress photos to client portal.
Call city, county or state to obtain proper permitting for each project.
Contact subcontractor to obtain project close out info such as invoices and lien waivers.
Works with client to obtain an update for client contract status.
Any other duties assigned by the Project Manager or Sr. Leadership.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities for day to day tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office such as Outlook and Excel.
Experience with data management systems with the ability to learn quickly.
Possess strong attention to detail.
Able to communicate effectively through written and verbal communication.
A self-starter and able to stay focused on daily duties.
Able to multitask effectively.
Able to work in a professional and positive manner with all employees, customers and subcontractors.

Work Environment/Physical Demands:

Normal office environment.
Able to sit or stand for long periods of time working at a computer.
Able to speak on the phone for longer periods of time.
Able to type on the computer efficiently.
Able to navigate through the office and communicate with others.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or GED.
Associates degree preferred.
3+ years of previous administrative experience.
